This guy sent this picture and said his hand was in the lady's lap because she had dropped a lit cigarette and he was trying to help. But, he just knew his wife would get the wrong impression when she saw it.

So, he asked Photo Enhancer to make his left hand visible. After seeing his left hand visible he sent a sign in his own handwriting and asked Photo Enhancer to add the sign to his right hand.
