Who is Photo Enhancer aka Rob?
Hi, (This is how you will be greeted by me in my email correspondence with you.)
My name is Rob (aka Photo Enhancer), the person who will be enhancing your photos to your specifications. I started doing digital photo enhancements in 1990 as a hobby. Then, in January of 1996 I developed my first website. The design of this website and my abilities to digitally enhance photos have improved over the years while my services have remained geared toward customer satisfaction.
I am a born and raised South Dakotan and will treat you and your photos with that Midwestern hospitality South Dakota is famous for. My love for photo enhancement goes all the way back to the days when I pounded corn onto the murals of the World's only Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD.
I operate my small business from my home and have no intention of taking your money without giving you a fair return. All the photo enhancements found on this site have been done by me. There is no trickery in any of these enhancements. If I don't feel I can do justice to your photos I will tell you so no cost to you.
I am dedicated to making your priceless pics into precious moments pictures. It is my policy to work with you to make your photo enhancements right for you.

I bought my first computer in 1982 and became part of the Internet in 1990. I started doing digital photo enhanacements in 1990 also. I created my first commercial Website in January of 1996 and have been doing custom photo enhancements ever since.
